@mesa.com is much more than a shop. It’s a story with soul — built on passion, family, and a deep appreciation for the little details that turn a house into a home.

It all began in 1999, when Helena Manso Lda. was founded, initially focusing on the healthcare sector. But, as is often the case with beautiful things, it was a long-standing passion that ended up shaping our path. In 2003, we decided to take a new direction and follow what had always made our eyes light up: table decoration and the joy of hosting.

It was in Santiago do Cacém that we opened our first @mesa.com space — created to celebrate the art of the table and the rituals of those who love to care for their home and welcome others. The warmth of our customers and growing enthusiasm naturally led us to expand: home accessories, bed and bath textiles, and many other carefully chosen pieces became part of our collection.

In 2007, we embraced the digital world. Today, we are an online shop that remains true to its roots — close, dedicated, and detail-focused. We are proud to have maintained every job over the years, because we believe a brand only truly matters when it values the people behind it.
